What matters here
Instagram gets attention. The website closes.
Most customers find you on Instagram or Maps, then look for prices, availability and a way to book. A website that answers those three questions in seconds converts the interest your social channels have already earned.
WhatsApp, done properly.
A WhatsApp button is easy. A WhatsApp link that arrives with the date, the service and the number of guests already filled in, and reaches the right person, saves hours of back-and-forth every week.
Paid in rupiah, by QRIS.
International cards for visitors; QRIS, bank transfer and e-wallets for Indonesian customers. We build deposit and payment flows through providers that support them, with prices in IDR.
English-led
English-led, for Bali’s international crowd.
Villas, retreats, surf schools, cafés and studios with an international clientele need an English site that feels as good as the place itself, and still loads on a weak signal at the end of a long day.
- Booking and enquiry flows built around WhatsApp
- Google Maps and Business Profile for every location
- Photography-led pages that stay fast: modern image formats, sized for phones
- Prices in IDR, with currency hints for visitors
Going local
Bahasa Indonesia, for the local market.
Jakarta’s professional market and Indonesia’s domestic travellers search in Bahasa Indonesia. A proper Indonesian version, with its own URLs and metadata, reaches a far larger audience than English alone.
- Separate /id/ pages with hreflang id-ID alongside English
- Translation by a native professional, using the terms people actually search for
- QRIS and local payment methods through a supporting provider
- Contact routing so Jakarta and Bali enquiries reach the right team
Data protection · PDP Law No. 27 of 2022
Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022) became fully enforceable in October 2024. It covers the personal data your website collects, from bookings and enquiries to WhatsApp messages.
- A clear purpose and consent where data is collected
- Only what the booking needs, with a stated retention period
- Separate consent for marketing messages
- Access controls and retention rules for customer records and portals
We build to the requirements your business and its advisers define. This describes how we design, not legal advice or a compliance certification.

Questions
Do you have an office in Bali or Jakarta?
No. The studio is founder-led and remote on Bangkok time: the same as Jakarta and one hour behind Bali. We agree meeting times, channels and review points at the start of every project.
Do we need the WhatsApp Business API?
Often not. For many businesses the WhatsApp Business app with well-built links is enough. For higher volumes or several staff, we connect the site to the WhatsApp Business Platform through an approved provider.
Can you work with our channel manager or booking engine?
Often, yes. We check the available APIs and terms during discovery and only commit to an integration once we have confirmed it works.
Can you write the Bahasa Indonesia content?
Final copy should come from your team or a native professional translator. We plan the structure, coordinate the work and check the result before it goes live.
