Bookings, payments & systems

What happens after the click.

A good website wins the first moment. What follows (the booking, the deposit, the reply on LINE, the documents) decides whether the customer feels looked after. We build the systems behind the website, around the software you already use.

What we build

  1. Bookings

Booking flows through your existing engine or channel manager, or a simple enquiry-and-deposit flow, with confirmations in the customer’s language.

  2. Local payments

PromptPay, QRIS, PayNow, FPS, DuitNow, VietQR, GCash and cards, through payment providers that support them in your market.

  3. Messaging

LINE Official Account, WhatsApp Business, Zalo and Messenger, linked with context, routed by market and tracked so no enquiry is lost.

  4. Enquiry routing

Every enquiry assigned an owner and a follow-up, by market, language and service, with a simple view of what is outstanding.

  5. Client portals

A secure place for customers to upload documents, see status and find what they need, with role-based access and audit trails.

  6. Internal tools

A focused application for one process that currently lives in a spreadsheet or a group chat. Small, specific and used every day.

Principles

  • Start from the workflow, not the software
  • Keep what already works; build only around the gaps
  • Agree access, data handling and retention before writing code
  • Confirm every integration against real APIs and terms before promising it
  • You own the code, the data and the infrastructure, with a documented handover

Questions

Will this replace our booking or accounting software?

Almost never. Your core software does its job. We build the customer-facing and workflow pieces around it.

Where is data hosted?

Where your requirements say it should be. Hosting region, providers, encryption and backups are agreed during scoping and documented, with each market’s data protection rules in mind.

Can we start small?

Yes, and we would usually recommend it. One well-built workflow your team actually uses is a better first step than a large platform.
