Privacy notice

The Devil's Dev is a founder-led studio run by Chris. This notice explains how information you send through this website is handled.

What we collect

The contact form does not store anything on this website. It opens your own email app with a message addressed to hello@thedevilsdev.com. We receive only what you choose to send.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to manage the project. We do not add you to marketing lists without your separate, explicit consent, and we do not sell or share your details.

Retention

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within 12 months. Project correspondence is kept for as long as needed to deliver and support the work, and to meet legal obligations.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. To ask a question or make a request about your data, email hello@thedevilsdev.com. This address also serves as the contact for data protection matters.

Analytics

If analytics is enabled, it is used in aggregate to understand which pages are useful. It does not identify you personally.
