What matters here
LINE, not just email.
In Thailand, LINE is where customers expect to talk to a business. A LINE Official Account link with clear hours and a sensible auto-reply often does more than a contact form. We put it where it works, and keep a structured form for enquiries that need detail.
Thai that reads as Thai.
Machine-translated Thai is obvious to a Thai reader within a sentence. We plan the Thai version with a native translator, set it in a proper Thai typeface with the line height its vowels and tone marks need, and make sure lines break between words, not through them.
Direct bookings, paid locally.
Every booking through a platform carries a commission. A fast site with clear availability, deposits by PromptPay QR or card, and a confirmation in the guest’s own language wins some of those bookings back.
English-led
English-led, for expats and visitors.
Many of Thailand’s best businesses serve a mainly international clientele. For them, an English site done exceptionally well is the whole job: clear prices, pages that load on hotel Wi-Fi, maps that work and a quick route to a person.
- Prices in THB, with optional currency hints for visitors
- Google Business Profile and Maps set up for every location
- Pages light enough for patchy island connections
- WhatsApp for international customers, LINE for Thai and long-stay residents
Going local
Reaching Thai customers properly.
Thai customers search in Thai, compare on their phones and message before they buy. A Thai version needs its own URLs, its own metadata and its own voice, not a translation plugin.
- Separate /th/ pages with hreflang th-TH alongside English
- Thai typography: a proper Thai typeface, generous line height, word-aware line breaks
- Translation by a native professional, coordinated and checked by us
- LINE Official Account links, rich-menu destinations and booking notifications
- Buddhist Era dates where Thai readers expect them
Data protection · PDPA B.E. 2562 (2019)
Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) has been fully in force since June 2022. It shapes every booking form, guest list and newsletter sign-up you run.
- A clear privacy notice where data is collected, in each language you collect in
- Only what the booking or enquiry needs: no passport scans by email
- Separate, recorded consent for marketing
- Extra care with health information for clinics and wellness businesses
We build to the requirements your business and its advisers define. This describes how we design, not legal advice or a compliance certification.

Questions
Are you based in Thailand?
Chris divides his time between the UK and Thailand and keeps Bangkok hours, so your working day is ours. The studio is remote and does not claim an office. Where a project justifies it, we can meet in person.
Can you write the Thai content?
No, and you should be wary of anyone who offers to do it cheaply. Final Thai copy should come from your team or a professional translator. We plan the structure, coordinate the process and check the result technically and visually on real phones.
Can bookings come through LINE?
Yes. We can link the site to your LINE Official Account, send booking notifications to your team and, where it suits, build a booking flow that starts in LINE. We confirm what your LINE plan supports during discovery.
Can guests pay a deposit by PromptPay?
Yes, through a payment provider that supports PromptPay QR for Thai businesses. We help you choose one and build the deposit and confirmation flow around it.
